RIP it out and out wall block in

I wanted to reach out the team here because I'm having a block with some things and think you all can help.

.-  Nearby to business district, state capital, large hospital (with some residents), small university, etc.  1 block to river and 1 block to "entertainment district". 

block goes for $85,000, neighborhood comps @ 150,000.

I would also say that inside Chicago isn’t so much a good vs bad neighborhood as it’s a block by block scenario.

You have to know your self and what your working towards to be able to block out distractions that don't fit into your system.

They should be reasonable and cooperative....the owner of 7 could build their house, access it through the small piece they own, and potentially block everyone else out.  

Which is the only road block I can reasonable think of.
