Recently I've realized that a few hundred bucks to hire help allows me to focus solely on the bigger issues, and not worry so much about things like touching up paint or cleaning bathrooms. 

However, it needed everything including a new HVAC, roof, foundation, windows, siding, electrical panel, floors, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.

My actual renovation will include replacing the entire kitchen and both bathrooms.

Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, with in-house laundry, 2-car garage detached, RV access, Ally access...single story home.

I like pale blues like that in bedrooms and bathrooms.

bathrooms 2.5 be lot better. 

It also depends on how many bathrooms and beds the house has. ie. if it's got 4 beds and that's the only bath, big problem. if it's got 4 beds and 3 baths, probably won't matter quite as much if it's got a master.

We ended up having to do plumbing supply lines, drains, full electrical re-wire, lots of plaster work, new windows, new roof, new porches, new kitchens, new bathrooms, etc.

We will replace the roof, fix plumbing issues, and refresh the kitchen, bathroom and flooring.
