No masterbath. How much does this effect selling price?
I know and understand that buyers want an en-suite. I know I do. However with this deal it's not a viable option. My realtor is optimsitic because property in this area is very scarce and demand is high. She's looking for comps that don't have a master bath. Any though thoughts on how to price? I know she'll have suggestions but I thought I'd ask here as well. For instance I know that properties on busy streets can be up to 10% less than the same house on a not busy street. Is there a general rule to calculate no master bath.

@Patrik Kusek, obviously your realtor would have the best gauge. The more in demand the area is with limited stock, the less it will be an issue.
Lots of older homes in Cincinnati don't have masters. So it is not expected and therefore no discount overall. Those that have them get a premium, but that also typically comes with a wide assortment of improvements in general, so hard to compare the master suite as a standalone piece.
