Update: I called one lender, and the automated system was very vague.

Contacted them about an automated tenant move in.

They are fully automated so your leases are done electronically and your rental reports are available on line.

There is a couple of things to think about, trucks will eventually be automated (driven).

I like the idea of the automated replies to save time.  

One lawyer might say its fine and one might say stay away from anything automated. 

Manufacturing jobs lost will not come back and AI, Automation and big changes to retail and logistics could eliminate many current jobs like Truck drivers.

Unfortunately, I only get back robo calls and text messages with the same introductory robot greeting.

On average I'd say about 22-25% of my calls actually lead to another person on the line, not a voicemail or automated response.
