Everything your doing right now may not be 100% correct, I know I have made my share of mistakes, and I am not done making them either.

Believe me, when my broker called me and chewed MY butt out for making mistakes, all I could do was learn and not make the same mistake again.

Let them know you won't tolerate any more mistakes, give them a pamphlet on housing aid in your area, and stop collecting checks .
