@Jordan MoorheadGenerally speaking on the financial side you wont need anything different than your typical MF: T12, Rent Roll, P&L, tax return/bank statement, leases. 

I've organized a few meetups in the past, but regularly attend the monthly South Jersey (where I live) ones hosted by @Justin Eaton.
