Hi everyone! My name is Jackie Maloney and I live in Middletown, NJ. My husband and I are just starting to learn about real estate investing and are really interested in creating enough passive income for financial freedom. Being new parents has made us realize how precious our time is.  Our plan right now is to look for buy and hold properties, but we are open minded to all of the different avenues that I have been learning about through the Bigger Pockets podcasts.

My husband works in construction, and I have passed my real estate exam so we are looking to get to know our local market and local investors. I currently work and have worked for the past 5 years for a digital marketing and website company, so if anyone has any questions about digital marketing or websites I am happy to help where I can!

Welcome to BP. I live in Holmdel on the border of Middletown. I partnered with a friend and purchased 2 properties last year that we currently rent. I also was licensed a few years ago. We are looking for more deals and could definitely use some local contacts, especially those with construction connections.
