Hello all!

My name is Tom Berridge, I'm a carpenter from South Jersey and looking to buy my first buy and hold this year. I've been reading a lot on here for a while now, and read the book on flipping houses by J. Scott. I still have a lot to learn but believe I have the drive and skills to get me through. I also plan on attending a workshop here in South Jersey next month for new investors to hopefully do some networking. I enjoy reading on this forum and hope to be able to contribute back as I embark on my real estate adventures!

Hey - welcome to the community! Best advice I can give it to do research, and then just start doing it. You will make mistakes, but you will learn along the way.
