Where are the good schools?

It's location or proximity to major roads, schools, or public transportation stops.

There are many things to consider like jobs, curb appeal, interior and exterior work that needs to be done, request actual numbers, amenities, storage, parking, public transportation stops, access, nearby schools, nearby parks, and nearby retail.Good luck to you! 

It's located pretty close to a shopping mall, shopping center, and a school.

I don’t have much of a real estate background i and I am currently leasing a town house myself, so I don’t own any real estate thus far.Real estate has been appealing to me for quite some time and since I just finished my under-grad program and decided to take the year off from school I have been reading real estate books such as “The Book on rental property Investing”.

Since i have decided to take the year off from school as I completed my under-grad.

I am looking for a location with good schools, good culture and of course a great place to grow my real estate investing career.

I am looking for recommendations for licensing courses/schools for Colorado.  

Unfortunately the educational opportunities near by are poor and we are planning to move to Lake Charles when my son starts school in about 6 years. 

Trying to figure out the best way to set it up to avoid taxes as much as possible.If we just give the house to the school, and then sell it 'for them' (obviously with a written agreement that our costs will be covered by the proceeds), with the profit counting against our tuition, does that help us maximize the amount of tuition we'd be paying off?
