I’m searching for a good audio book app with business/real estate books for reasonable prices, so I can listen while I’m at work... any suggestions?

First off, this marketing strategy I haven't touched on a "professional" level, but secondly, if using a D4D type app, how does the pay structure work for hired drivers, and would hiring a minor be any different?

I’ve used apps like Shovler and Task Rabbit but you have to hire out for every snow storm.

Hey @ Jay Shahi, If you live at the property going through the Nextdoor app is good for getting information for people who have worked in your neighborhood.

I use the app Credit Karma and it helps me to keep track of my credit score and offers.
