Hiring minors to drive for dollars
Hey BP,
As the title says, I was approached by a 17 year old, asking if he could bird-dog and drive for dollars for us. First off, this marketing strategy I haven't touched on a "professional" level, but secondly, if using a D4D type app, how does the pay structure work for hired drivers, and would hiring a minor be any different?
Of course this probably becomes more of a "state law" type question, but thought I would dip my toes in the forum before I contact a labor attorney.
Thanks!
