Needed a new water heater and some carpet right off the bat so that was probably 1,500$ and I had to have tenant help me finish up little things the last couple days I was working on it because I couldn't get it done fast enough by myself.......6) I bought another property for 0 down and no payment until it was rented out, that took about 6 months.
