Excellent site! Joined recently and have been reading up all I can.

Looking to invest locally in DFW. Have some experience investing out of state but want to focus closer at home. Looking at primarily rental properties in the $50k-$100k ARV range. Looking for advice on good brokers/wholesalers with access to inventory.
