Hi my name is Carlos live in Rancho Cucamonga,Ca...Retired 2 years ago was a Land Surveyor and worked all over Southern California for 30 years....Am a Newbie and want to Learn Wholesaling,have gone to a few 2 hour Guru seminars and they are all the same sign up for 3 Day Workshop and then they Hit you up for the real training another $5,000-$15,000 LOL !!

While Lonnie Deals are not dead, the format for financing a home has drastically changed.Our consultancy just did a workshop in Chicago about a month ago for Lonnie Dealers on how they could continue to do Lonnie Deals legally.

a 2 bed 1 bath houseI need some advice , as well as what I can expect please.... once I add a closet , as well as put in an operable window in one of the rooms of this property I am trying to buyA quick backstory :I paid for and had an appraiser come out and look at the propertyThe property was built around 1945 , it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in the main living space ( about 1,300 sqft. ) , and then it also has a detached ( although it is attached via the roof line ) .... has a second living unit ( that use to be a workshop when the house was originally built ).

@Mindy Jensen, speaking of Do it Yourself, I just found out that Home Depot offers free workshops on things like tiling, installing faucets, etc etc.
