Newbie from Atlanta here!

Hi everyone. Ive been a bit of a ghost follower for quite some time and recently decided to really start this REI journey. Ive always been interested in real estate but thought id have to have tens of thousands of dollars saved to start. I recently went to a workshop and it really opened my eyes and lite a fire under me. Im a research junkie Ive been absorbing as much information as i can from many resources and i will be attending a 3 day bootcamp next week and after that I am going to be officially taking action. I will be working with my mother who has a full time job i dont so that will be good i can give 100% energy and time to REI. My plan is to start out wholesaling to earn more funds so we can eventually also do rehabs. I really have a big vision for how far i want to take REI i am not here to just dabble.

My ultimate goal is to build a REI business that doesnt require much of my own time have a 6 figure cash flow rental portfolio and even one day develop my own properties. I dream big but im willing to work hard to get there.

Thanks for reading my intro i look forward to being apart of the BP community and if there are any investors in the Atlanta area im more than open to meeting up id love to take you out on a power lunch.

Keep your check book and credit cards at home.  Their 3 day seminar is an infomercial for you to have the privileged to spend $40K for mentor training.  If you research some of the posts heret you will find everything you need to know about their program.  

Spend the $199 or what ever they are charging for the 3 days on some good books and becoming a pro member here.
