A great lake front home doesn't have to cost a mint but it sounds like you want something that is really fantastic which will bring a higher nightly rate.

So if you have a personal booking website, then that transfer over no problem.If you have VRBO and AirBNB accounts, those don't transfer to the new owner no matter how it is registered.

A coworker mentioned they learned how to invest in real estate using the Bigger Pockets website so I decided to check it out to see what it was all about.

Additionally house tenants bring more of their own appliance, like refrigerator, washer and dryer; which means tenants are responsible for repair and replacement of their own appliances. 

Good concept but so much red tape it does keep us little guys out unless the qualified developers are willing to bring us into their deals.
