It also lists the reasons someone could be removed from their home, such as:Not paying rent.Committing a “substantial violation” that endangers those living there, such as a “violent or drug-related felony.”

While I'm at it, I will download all the violent crime stats and burglaries that occur in the neighborhood and post it along with the listing (that is available in GIS map form from the City website for most medium to big cities)...Seriously, this stuff is rampant.

About the only way to evict them quickly would be if the tenant gets arrested for a drug or violent crime on the property.
