In March 2020 persons on BP swore the market was about to collapse and everyone better get out now, I called them out for the snake-oil-salesman they are AND followed with this challenge that I will take ALL your properties TODAY, if your so sure of a collapse I will take EVERYTHING. 

Well, a large snake slithered into the dryer through the outside vent, and the heat cooked the poor fellow and ruined the dryer.A year later, rinse, lather, and repeat.  

Dug out the drive way, and replaced the washroom pipe, as a bypass, becasue the $250 plumber, my $16 snake couldnt get thru🤯🤦🏽‍♂️! 

He will get upset if I steal his thunder. :)3.

I bring a plumber in, he unsuccessfully tries to snake it, then tells me this is really bad, the house needs repiping.
