Over the past few days, we've deleted well over a thousand spammy forum posts and several dead groups.Please do help us to keep the forums free of spam by reporting any kind of spammy posts.

Those sites seem to be covered up with spam, advertising, etc, so I appreciate that BP is strict on that type of activity.  

I would call Anna Mills at the Toledo REIA, The phone number on the website is her cell phone (I don't want to put it here to get her spammed).

A mass messaging to bunch of members may well be spamming. 

those dumbos thought making you verify a phone number would stop the robot spamming. how can a big business like that be that stupid?

I wonder if anyone could spam me with a name or two - of the real estate attorneys with whom you worked in the past (or maybe still working)?

If you do however get a website you do want to tailor it to you I think because you don't want to appear like a spam site or one of those cheesy sites you see on Craiglist. 

BP has done some strange things with this thread for me, and I can't tell if my last posts actually posted or not so I'm going to repeat it and I'm sorry if this spams anyone :/@Bill Gulley does that mean a lease option would not be an installment sale if the payments did not lower the purchase price?

It is very very important to get that acknowledgement, so you know your offer is not sitting in their spam folders.
