How to Find Investment Property BUYERS

Hi.  I sell investment real estate located in the Memphis, TN area, and I target investors in places where investment property is very expensive (like CA).  I'd like to know if anyone has any advice on how to use BiggerPockets to find those investors.  I haven't used BiggerPockets at all for this, but I understand its a very useful tool.  I'm just not sure how to go about getting value out of it.  Advice will be much appreciated!  Thanks.

Get a pro account on BP and list great deals on the site.  

If you list junk though be prepared for someone to state that.  I'm a buyer from CA looking for something now so put it up and you will know it's a good deal as several people will respond.
