Bleach kills some extremely high % of mold spores, but sometimes from a public perception standpoint people paint over with a primer, etc - kind of weird they just did it across the board, though, instead of targeting areas that needed it.

I agree there is a perception to a full time agent- but if you are a full time real estate professional - I think that issue is not really one- they are asking you these questions for a reason.Craig Groeschel says often “no one is sitting around looking for ways to make you money” or some variation of that- and it’s true.

Now you and I know better, but that will be their perception of it.When I inherit tenants, I will read any lease in effect just to make sure there is nothing really weird about it, and also have the tenants sign an Estoppel Letter that says, basically, "this is the whole deal and there is nothing else, nor will there be any further deals made with the Seller between now and when we buy this property."

(Now I find some of the neighbor complaints overwrought and reeking of "get off my lawn" old cranks, but there are certainly issues we can foresee with unabated STR growth.)And the fact that we have societal problems that some deem more serious (i.e. drugged driving) doesn't mean we shouldn't address other issues in society.
