Hello All,

Hope everyone is enjoying easter with their family and friends !! I am planning to concentrate on single family homes  both fix/flip and buy and hold strategies. I heard from the other investors that garland area is one of the good area to concentrate. what are some of the things I have to keep in mind about the garland location from geography, climate , security perceptive. I highly appreciate all the points about these metrics.

Code compliance isn't too bad. They will warn you first and give you time to remedy the issue. Our rentals get notices every few months for grass, trees, trash bin storage, etc.

Garland has great demographics, strong cash flow, good tenants.
