Or should doing a bunch of L/O the way to go ?

Hi CommunityI am a young investor looking lo learn and grow my investment portfolio through sound deals and expand my reach through beneficial partnerships with other investors interested in the Botswana property market.

A personal mortgage of mine is serviced by WF(1), so for example...(1) I actually tried using WF direct for this one, to have the "big bank experience" as part of my professional development, but their LO said I "couldn't" get a mortgage because blablabla 2 years on tax returns... then they purchased it 1 month after closing - LOL.

I started off slowly with some articles, then got hooked on the podcasts, and lo and behold... am now posting my first post on the forum! 

I've done a few loans like that, I'm licensed in TX too, or I can put you in contact with an LO who has boots on the ground in TX.

Check out your competition.I find myself having to upgrade older but functional units just to stay competitive.That is in a very hip neighborhood where there is a lo of development going on.

I've read up on LO's a little since the phone call and it seems like it could be a big headache while at the same time could be a good opportunity for cash flow...
