Thanks Ned, I am excited about joining the community and am currently devouring the welcome tool kit ultimate beginner guide, will check in after a few weeks when I am a bit more informed on the area, I atleast have read 2 of the 20 recommended ultimate real estator reads, Clasons Richest Man in Babylon and Mr Kiyosaki's RichDad, these were the turning point. Thanks for the warm welcome
