If they want carpet, they can buy a rug for the rooms.

Also I checked out cameras for wildlife you put those in the woods with no electric and they are outdoor rugged but I think they were more pricey.

I put high end LVP throughout the house and I have zero carpet anywhere, only a few cheap rugs that could easily be replaced.
