Airbnb Price Per Pet Per Night

Hello!

How much are you charging for pets on Airbnb? Is this a per night or per stay charge?

What are you doing or can you do to prepare the house for pets?

I believe that we are going to be a "pet friendly" house due to the high demand and low supply.

Do you have any tips / tricks for "pet friendly" locations?

I look forward to your responses!

Thanks,

Nick

No extra charge.  I've had tenants with 4' long pet rattlesnakes that escaped.  Game wardens were involved.  Eventually the tenant wound up in a mental institution while his wife divorced him.  The ironic thing is that he worked for a company called Copperhead.
