Part of my resolution to be more active on Bigger Pockets this year.

I've been involved in a few Joint Ventures that I have yet to close on but deadlines are coming up yet I've never been 1 to fear a challenge or 1 not to try to find resolutions to as many problems as I can for myself and others.

The answer is always no if you dont ask.As was already said, yours is a great starting place for a debt resolution discussion.

I don’t have enough capital to invest right now, but I’m looking partner with investors in the area who need someone who is savvy with construction, contractors, property maintenance, and conflict resolution (tenant issues).I currently work for the Housing Authority so I deal with property management and maintenance on a daily basis.

Of course if you and the borrower both agree to a resolution other than foreclosure, that works too. 

There's also the drones that can take high resolution pictures of Landscapes and surrounding areas. if anybody was to be approached by somebody that was selling these services, what would you be willing to pay or would you even be willing to pay for a 360 rendering of your house?

@Song Choe - I’m glad you got some resolution, but wanted to chime in because I don’t feel anyone commenting above really hit on the right point.  

Not sure if anyone ran into this similar situation before, but I can see that it can become a big headache for many investors if this situation arises and hopefully there'll be a resolution for this. 

The best thermocouple money can buy has a resolution of 1 deg F.
