Hi Everyone,

Over the past couple years I’ve been exploring different investing strategies and real estate has peaked my interest most. I’ve been looking to take a new path that will allow me the ability to start working less for others and start working more for myself.

I don’t have enough capital to invest right now, but I’m looking partner with investors in the area who need someone who is savvy with construction, contractors, property maintenance, and conflict resolution (tenant issues).

I currently work for the Housing Authority so I deal with property management and maintenance on a daily basis.

Anyway, I’m looking forward to this journey and looking forward to creating new relationships with those who I can learn from.
