Yes I am, I have been a resident of the poconos going on 6 years, and have been an agent for 12.

Here is an example: We run a fund that has a transfer agent that handles the cap table.

You may want to start with the BP agent finder for those markets and then work with them to find good PMs and lenders.

We have helped a ton of clients with the process here in Chicago..just be sure to find a team (Agent, Lender, HUD Consultant, and General Contractor) that has done these renovation loans in the past!

If you don't trust your agent enough to tell you not to buy a house, then get a new agent!

I usually use a RE agent for sales, but I'm not sure how to pick one. 

The “everyone” who talks about scaling quickly are typically new investors and agents.
