You aren't going to see the money anyway but remind them that finding housing after this is going to be next to impossible and staying is just kicking the can down the road which may be a long one for them with an eviction on their record.

What I want to hear is that the tenant will receive a reminder about the FIRST coming up sometime between the 26th and EOM, a reminder on the first and daily follow up until paid in full or a qualified promise is pending.

They did it again on day 2, after the guy chewed them out, let me know he was unhappy, and after I talked to the builder about it and reminded him of the no starting work until 9am rule.
