Are you implying that establishing a policy dealing specifically with Assistance Animals that contains reasonable restrictions (that do not include breed/weight) or reinforces other pre-existing House Rules such as those addressing noise (excessive barking), or odors emanating from a residence (pet waste), is not lawful?

There was a pre-existing Fire Hydrant on the property, but found out it was a private hydrant with the Apartment complex above us.
