I still think that the appreciation question boils down to the "Do people with options want to live here?"

I am trying to convince my attorney to take this case and after showing him this info on all the others affected maybe we can get some traction on going after these fraudulent people.

I would not borrow from ANY lender I learned of over the internet unless I knwe personally people who had used them. 

He is going to need care, and people like that require a lot.

Anyone can live anywhere they want if they have the money, and sometimes houses are bought and then rented out without much background checking on the people moving in.

So it may end up costing you $400k within 30-60 days without any financing options.How do people overcome this when you do your due diligence?
