I have downloaded the list of properties up for tax lien sale next month and I've identified properties that interest me either for my own portfolio and/or because I think they stand a good chance of being paid by the current owner (mostly both).Two properties that are in my preferred farm area are owned by a defunct LLC.

I would think though in this resi stuff you just get on a mail list and keep pinging them every 90 to 180 days basically until you buy it or it falls down.. kind of like a realtor and their farm.

This was in the mid 2000's.Past experience was over construction, bad economy and the class A started giving away the farm to avoid losing the farm and all property rents dropped significantly.
