Hello to all! My name is Levi Duncan and I am 34 years old. I have been in the military for 17 years and currently live in Baltimore area. I love my job in the Air Force and plan to continue serving my country, but I would like to own my own real estate investment business with a construction/home improvement branch.

RECENT DEVELOPMENTS: I purchased a 40-acre farm for my family in Woodstock, MD to make use of my military housing allowance. It also has several opportunities to house hack the estate which include a mobile that I am renting ($1000mo), walk-out basement that needs updated but can be rented, and a building that looks like they were trying to make a duplex but the county shut them down for not getting the proper authorizations.

CURRENT NEED: GUIDANCE, MENTORSHIP, and maybe a little more GUIDANCE. This is the 4th property I have purchased which I know will be a solid investment but it has so many different opportunities I am having a hard time formulating a next step (develop separate lot, focus on renting, convert the building, move on to another property…..).

NEAR FUTURE GOALS: I would like to complete a flip in the next 3-6 months with the use of private money from family and possibly hard money.

Finally, I would like to say although I am in a state of confusion; BP definitely is helping me assess all the different opportunities that are available. I love the community and the support that is given. Thanks to you all.
