It's a HOA neighborhood and one of the neighbors has a company that is offering a good price if they can get 5 homes.I need to first check out who this painter is, but if they are good and it's a good price should I do it?

I was wondering if you had a painter to reccomend for my Waterbury Conn renovation.  

She inspects work performed by painters, etc. and sends numerous photos to me.  

Usually I just use whatever neutral color my painter has on hand.  

I've heard a painter say not to do it bc it's only a cosmetic thing and doesn't actually prevent water from getting behind the boards.  

i use 1099-MISC as a token preventative measure where an independent contractor (ie, plumber, painter, etc) earns $600/yr or more in projects in case they or any of their subs/helpers should ever use the rental property address and/or my name as a place/employer they were 'employed' at for an albeit desperate unemployment claim.

My Wife who is a House Painter and I have been interested in Filpping Properties for some time now we have the Experience in Rehabbing as we have Successfully Rehabbed 3 Properties  2 in Weiser and one in Kamiah, ID for 3 Investors from the Boise area.  

So, if you're doing the painting yourself to avoid hiring a $15/hour painter, you're essentially earning $15/hour for the time you're doing the painting yourself.Did you get into flipping houses to earn $15/hour? 

Cheap painters can kill a final product quick.  

I'm in construction so I have a team of handyman, plumber, HVAC, electrician, painter, etc.
