I am rethinking my strategy after Covid-19 passes with outsourcing property management if I continue to grow.

@Derek Andrews I would first start with understanding and outsourcing tenant screening. 

Have you found whether managing your own properties or outsourcing management, helped most in the beginning?

You also make them take care of all the rehab and maintenance...that stuff you agreed to do for the Seller....gets outsourced. 

Is there a service where I could outsource these issues so I don't need to do every year? 

If you could recommend one skill (that you outsource too often) that you wish you knew how to do, what would it be?

Everyone takes a turn cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen areas or even just giving the tenants a certain time period for them to clean up after themselves and might outsource the lawn care to a company for sure

There's quite a bit that overwhelmed me:Their offer is basically to set up a lead gen site for us, optimized for SEO etc, they've just offered to write blog posts once a week for seo, set up all of our social media profiles and manage them - Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Slideshare etc, create white papers for us, set up landing pages for all our ads, organize retargetting ads to "stalk people around the web" in their words, set up mailchimp mailing system with branded email templates and create a autorespondor to educate our buyer over time.....It all seems to be online stuff.What they're offering seems like it would take me a hell of a lot of time and if I outsourced it, probably the same amount of money.

Another trend is bigger companies outsourcing income verification to The Worknumber.

So...time fly's by EVERYDAY....if you have a home under LEASE-OPTION contract use OUTSOURCING!
