@Russell Brazil If they still refuse we help them to sign a waiver saying they declined an inspection - sounds like a millennial buyer lol - another tip is that whatever you negotiate, have the work order put in the new buyers name, even if you agree to cover some costs - a year from now the buyer will still try and come back to you because the repair you ordered in your name wasn’t done correctly
