Spokane - REI Protfolio Discussion
Bigger Pockets Team!
I need some advise from a seasoned REI.
I have discovered through a family friend that there is a lady local to me that has a large portfolio of rental properties. She is elderly, and she is looking to retire in the near future. Naturally, I am interested in obtaining some (or all) of these properties to help grow my portfolio.
Here is my problem!
I am a young man, and she is an 80 year old lady. I fear that when I approach her, I will come across as an arrogant, undeserving millennial. I want to handle this with tact, and the last thing I want to do is be offensive.
Have any of you had a situation like this? How did you approach the conversation? (any failures in this department would be educational as well)
Thanks
