I wish I was smart enough to say we held on to it but no we sold it in mid June with it went up to about $9600 a coin. 

I'm seeing rates for dscr financing in the low to mid 6's depending on loan to value. 

Rates currently range from the high 4.00% - mid 5.00%'s depending on the asset / borrower / location. 

I've also just bought my first property with mid South turnkey, and it just closed.
