As mentioned above, unfortunately my credit is not high enough to rent on my own, however talking my parents into buying a 2nd home after 10 years and now they are actually MAKING MONEY from having it rather than losing it in stocks is none of your business, however if I am signing a LEASE, I expect to have my privacy respected and not have a phone call/text anytime a car pulls up to my house because I want to get laid or smoke a medicinal joint with a friend.
