It basically just scours the web for similar content and then combines them into cohesive sentences with natural language processing.It's not actually generating any 'new' advice, it's just synthesizing the content that's been viewed and re-viewed on the web. i.e chatGPT has never actually built a $100m business, and its production database  (information leading up to EOY 2021 that is labeled "success, 100m, real estate investing, business") may not be the best guide for success in 2023 and beyond.Also the prime problem with non-technical 'influencers' like alex hormozi reviewing chatGPT is that he actually has no clue how the algorithm was built, how the models were trained, how applicable its results are over time, and what the model's limitations are.

I'd be curious as to what the city expected and got for its 90K and are those obligations transferred to a new owner, as it may come to bite you later.As others have stated there is a difference between old houses labeled "historic" and as I've discovered different jurisdictions have different understandings of what historic means and how much it is enforced, even sometimes in the same city.I currently own 3 old homes (1874, 1876, 1920something), one supposedly in an historic district.
