We miss vibrant urban activities and we just might want to reserve all our 2021 vacation time to immersing ourselves in urban life again. 

I have lots of smaller goals but my overall goals are to: 1) Buy at least one property every 12 weeks and BRRRR. 2) To get proficient at courthouse auctions and finding off market deals. 3) Immerse myself in real estate books/podcast/blogs. 4) To maximize the tax benefits of real estate. 

You won’t get that group with 2BRs and the beauty of it is that bunk beds are inexpensive and kids don’t need many creature comforts other than charging docks for game players and tablets.

The other issue is lack of support, mentorship, and immersion.

It's tough to fully immerse into what you're doing virtually when everything else is still going on around us. 

I’m currently in the works of purchasing my first rental and so I’ve been immersing myself into REI groups and BiggerPockets.

So, over the last year or so, I've made it my mission to learn as much as possible about real estate investing and found myself immersed in all that BP has to offer.
