Gray is really in right now with white trim.  

Gray paint with light gray granite seems to tie them all in nicely.

I am Dwaynia Gray and I am a newbie pursuing real estate investing in south Alabama.  

There are many forms available here on BP up at the top there is a dark gray bar, scroll under "tools" you will find "FilePlace" its where seasoned investors come and share such things.

I don't see any of it as obvious as contributing your labor by physically installing a roof on a flip or painting the house.Certainly, there are gray areas.

Lighter gray wall paint is very fashionable and exterior paint depends on the location, HOA, etc.
