I ultimately decided to move away from SFH’s because the amount of work required to continue to scale wasn’t feasible alongside a full time job.Investing passively via syndicates opened my eyes to how I could benefit from real professionals sourcing, acquiring, doing due diligence and managing my asset all without any ongoing time commitment from me.

So you can have tenants paying in different ways and it doesn't cause any hiccups.

I am trying to get my hands on everything I can and hope by continuing to network I can earn the opportunity to work alongside someone who will be kind enough to share their wisdom. :) 

I have worked alongside companies who invest in deals of this size and much larger so I have a vague understanding of what's involved.

One hiccup can be detrimental.
