I used to have some friends there and I went to the gym there when I lived in Lancaster (sadly, Santa Clarita was my escape out of the high desert!).

I have lived through a bathroom renovation (only full bath) where I had to shower at the gym every day, brush teeth in kitchen, and use the basement toilet when needed. 

I can stop by on my way to the gym/grocery store/post office and post a 3 day.

Zillow's estimate is about as good as the treadmill at the gym that tells you that you burned 250 calories on a 30-minute run.

These days my exercise is at the gym or running when out of the office.I did a bunch of turning units when I had my 20 unit and it's overrated.

After the tenants moved out, his roommate told me that place in the closet was where the guy had always thrown his sweaty clothes after working out in the gym. :-)

Now you offer a gym!

.)- Property tax amount - Proximity to amenities (ie. grocery stores, gyms)- Whether or not the property will be rented upon purchase (some may like that and others may not depending on the specifics of the current rental agreement) Hope this helps! 

I don't know that they can prevent the owner from renting it (maybe they have the right to disapprove all tenants in that case) but they Do have the right to restrict the occupant from common amenities (pool, gym,etc).
