Its hard to find time to cold call while in college, as I have classes and also football.

I ignored it for a month or so and then whadda ya know, a friggin' raccoon tore that hole open to the size of a fist (or maybe softball? 

My only 2 complaints were that some of the presenters were a little cringe and the practice questions were super softball questions.

I had them check uber/lyft (no drivers), had them ask the car rental company for a ride (can't do it), call a local taxi (phone has been disconnected), called the cleaner (I'm doing a cleaning), called handyman (I'm with my kids at football practice.)

We get top dollar for Clemson events like football games and graduation. 

They have recently got a football team which will bring a lot of people to the beach and i30 area 

It is in a nice area and he would be able to rent it out 6 weekends each year for college football games which could net 8-10k total. 

I spent 2005-2009 living a stone's throw from the park, playing football on weekends, and kickball and softball on weekdays.

Also, being a former division 1 athlete and having played professional basketball in Germany for 2 years, I am a huge sports fan (partial to basketball and football)!
