Young Real Estate Wholesaler

Posted

Hey guys, I just turned 19 and am currently in my first semester of college. I really have a passion for real estate, and I did wholesaling over the summer. I did driving for dollars and cold calling and I ended up closing my first deal last month. Its hard to find time to cold call while in college, as I have classes and also football. However I have always had an entrepreneurial mindset and I want to work for myself, and not spend hard hours working towards someone elses’ dream. Also really none of the majors are of a lot of interest to me besides maybe finance/accounting, and I would love to do real estate wholesaling as a career full time. But I wouldn’t drop out unless I had a steady income from wholesaling. I have gotten a list together of potential motivated sellers in the town where I go to college, and I have been using text message to contact them. I was just wondering if you guys have any advice for me, as to how I can take my wholesaling game to the next level, but also fit it in my schedule
