It's been a couple months of marketing now that we've finished the rehab.

Almost nothing motivates me beyond myself, but when Codie Sanchez finished this presentation, I was amped.

I am buying my first home for about 250k in El Paso, TX.It is new construction just finished.

Contractors all the time either fail to finish or finish in a way that prohibits you in selling and exiting or refinancing at the number you expected and now you have to leave way more in than you thought. 

I have seen people spend $20K, $40K, or even $60K at courses and they still never did a deal.I never finished college and I'm angry at myself for not completing it.

Secondly I just finished "Real Estate by the Numbers" also by Dave Meyer - even though I have a business degree and am actively involved in investing it was a really great refresher on not just the numbers and theories involved in real estate decisions but also the pros and cons of different return metrics and how all the metrics relate to one another. 

During my sport career I did an MBA and after finishing my career I transitioned into real estate investing.

After a couple of years organizing my personal finances and financial literacy, my goal this year is to finish the year in my own home and have 1 rental property.

Just wanted to see what the easiest way to finish paying it off was.Well, you’re in a good position to be in.  

I am also looking for a HELOC to not have to pay out of pocket to finish this and just use the equity in the home.
