We even estimate your projected tax savings via the "short-term loophole" and provide branded property management reports and airbnb arbitrage analysis.Personally, I recommend looking at as many data sources as possible and once you're confident with that number plugging it into BNBCalc and sharing the reports with your colleagues / business partners to get their feedback on your investment analysis.

I understand nobody has a crystal ball, but any feedback would be greatly appreciated. 

He is open in his training about risks and teaching realities of real estate. he is not fluff in his comments nor critical feedback. he breaks the training down for newer investors so it makes sense and constantly is sharing what is required to help protect yourself 3) the community he has built =instant lead generation for people to work together to get deals closed!.
