Atlanta is a great market to dive into for both fix-and-flip projects and multi-family investments.

This does not align with buying most buildings in cash.Once you progress in your investing efforts you may come across more UHNW individuals, family offices and institutions who would take the lower return for limiting risk (all cash deal).

They have connections there who they have known forever and trust like family.

But I'm getting substantial pushback from family exactly for being on-call like that for so long.
